By using Shop4Mi, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These rules keep everything fair, safe, and smooth for all students on campus. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our service.
Who Can Use Shop4Mi
You must be at least 13 years old and a student (or staff) at a supported campus. By placing an order, you confirm you meet these requirements.
Your Account
You’re responsible for keeping your phone number and login secure. Any order placed from your account is your responsibility even if it’s your roommate using your phone!
Placing Orders
• All orders are subject to availability • We’ll confirm your order via SMS/WhatsApp • Prices may change without notice (but not after you’ve paid) • Delivery is campus-only (hostels, lecture halls, libraries, etc.)
Delivery Times
We aim to deliver in 30–90 minutes depending on your campus and time of day. Delays can happen during peak hours (exam week, rain, etc.) we’ll keep you updated!
Payment
We accept mobile money, bank cards, and USSD via Paystack & Flutterwave. You’ll only be charged when your order is confirmed. No cash on delivery (for security & speed).
Returns & Refunds
• Wrong item delivered → Free redelivery or full refund • Damaged or expired product → Full refund or replacement • Changed your mind → Sorry, no returns on food/drinks after delivery Check our full Return Policy in-app.
Be Cool (Don’t Break Rules)
Don’t: • Place fake orders • Use someone else’s account without permission • Try to scam riders or vendors Breaking these rules = permanent ban. No warnings.
We Can Change These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll notify you via SMS or in-app message. Using Shop4Mi after changes means you accept the new rules.
